Method reference and recommendation

How to choose if unsure: in Europe pick MWL. In North America pick ISNA. South Asian Hanafi background pick Karachi. Saudi-aligned mosques pick Umm al-Qura. Verify with your local mosque.

Muwaqqit (-18 / -16 / -19): muwaqqit.com convention by Said Bouanani. Two-tier Isha (al-Awwal at -16, al-Thani at -19). Astronomy first, not endorsed by a major Fiqh council. muwaqqit.com
MWL (-18 / -17): Muslim World League, Mecca. Worldwide dominant standard. themwl.org
