🔋 Qibla Direction
Bearing is from true (geographic) North. For magnetic compass use, apply your local magnetic declination.
Applies to the Masjid display. 100 percent is default. Reload /masjid to see changes.

How to choose if unsure: in Europe pick MWL. In North America pick ISNA. South Asian Hanafi background pick Karachi. Saudi-aligned mosques pick Umm al-Qura. Verify with your local mosque.
Note. All values are scientific approximations. They do not replace your local mosque's announcement. For Ramadan, Eid and fasting, follow your recognized local authority.
Defaults below match muwaqqit.com. To use Muslim World League (MWL), set Isha angle to -17. For ISNA, set Fajr and Isha both to -15.
Verified 2026-08-07: the refracted-limb reference reproduces muwaqqit.com to the second in 12 cities. The NOAA constant differs by roughly 15 to 65 seconds, more the further north or south you are.
Used when the sun never reaches the Fajr angle (northern summer). Verified 2026-08-07: muwaqqit returns the anti-transit for Berlin on 2026-07-09, to the second, which is why that is the default.
Separate switch, because muwaqqit treats the two ends of the night differently: it fills Fajr but leaves both Isha times empty in high-latitude summer. Pick a PrayTimes rule if you need a time in those rows, and follow your local mosque.
The physical margin runs from under 1 second with the sun overhead to about 70 seconds when the noon sun is low. The old flat one-minute offset was up to 59 seconds away from muwaqqit.
Disclaimer: The Hijri date shown is tabular (arithmetical) and may differ by plus or minus 1 day from sighting-based local calendars. None of the bundled sighting models replace the announcement of your local mosque or fiqh council. Do not use this app to set Ramadan, Eid, or fasting dates.
